Typhoon Dolphin makes second landfall in China's Zhejiang_我的网站

Typhoon Dolphin, the 13th typhoon of the year, made its second landfall at Yueqing City in east China's Zhejiang Province at around 6:40 p.m. on Sunday, said the National Meteorological Center (NMC).
The maximum sustained wind near the typhoon center hit Force 13, or 38 meters per second.
The typhoon first landed at Yuhuan in Taizhou City, Zhejiang, at around 5:30 p.m., with the maximum sustained wind near the typhoon center hitting Force 14.
Affected by the typhoon, the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport in Hangzhou City, capital of Zhejiang, has canceled 388 inbound and outbound flights for the day.
The NMC warned local authorities in the affected areas to guard against extreme downpours.

三 | 9月21日至22日，市委宣传部、抚顺军分区、市关工委、市教育局在辽宁省国防教育示范基地——抚顺聚力野战拓展训练基地，开展为期两天的青少年国防教育实训体验研学活动，来自抚顺市多所小学的学生参加了体验活动，进一步提升青少年国防意识，激发爱国情怀。 9月21日上午8时30分，全国国防教育示范学校——新抚区公园一校的40余名学生来到抚顺聚力野战拓展训练基地，参加实训体验研学活动。3个半小时时间里，孩子们观看了爱国主义国防教育宣传片，学习了持枪瞄准射击基本要领，参加了野战对抗训练、有阵地对抗战和山地丛林战，进行了胸环靶、翻倒靶、火箭筒射击、障碍穿越射击等打靶训练，观摩了坦克、装甲车、高射炮等大型武器装备。 活动中，抚顺聚力野战拓展训练基地邀请退伍军人担任教官，全程指导孩子们完成活动。孩子们以军人标准要求自己，积极认真参加各项训练，在体验活动中增强了国防意识，激发了爱国热情，掌握了基本军事技能，展现了良好的精神状态。 新抚区公园一校校长罗红艳介绍，为扎实做好国防教育，学校开设了国防教育校本课程，让国防教育走进校园，走进课堂。学校开展唱起来：唱好国歌、军歌；动起来：打好乒乓球，增强体能素质；请进来的国防专题讲座；走出去的实践活动等。沉浸式国防教育活动，帮助青少年进一步强化国防意识，厚植家国情怀。 市委宣传部相关负责人表示，近年来，抚顺市始终将青少年国防教育放在重要位置，充分发挥全市国防教育各类阵地作用，开展一系列青少年国防教育活动。
